Chelsea Speer, PA-C

Co-Owner / Injector

Chelsea completed her Master of Clinical Science Degree at Barry University, where she spent 2 years living in the US Virgin Islands! When she is not serving her clients at the aesthetic collective, Chelsea can be found soaking up each moment with her 4 children and her husband, Tyler.

Sara Browning, CRNA

Co-Owner / Injector

Sara is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. She completed her Masters of Biological Science Anesthsia program at Central Connecticut State University! When Sara is not serving her clients, she can be found with her 3 daughters and their beloved golden retriever!

Passions: Cycling and Traveling

Rudy Garza, MD

Medical Director

Rudy is dual Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He received his Doctorate from the UT Medical Branch in Galveston and his Anesthesiology and Pain Management fellowship at UT Health San Antonio. Rudy stays on the move with his 3 children and in his free time can likely be found fishing!

Kristina Johnson, LVN

Office Manager

Kristina is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with over 13 years of experience in oncology, home health and hospice and now aesthetic nurse injector. Kristina started her aesthetic treatments when she turned 27 and has such a passion for this field! Kristina loves to explore new places with her favorite people when she is not doing laundry or picking up toys.

Lacey Gilmore

Aesthetic Associate

Lacey graduated with her BA in organizational communication and a minor in mass communications from TSU. Lacey has over 20 years experience in customer relations, business management and retail. Lacey plays a key role in success and organization at the aesthetic collective. Lacey unwinds with her fiancé and three furry pals (dogs).

Alison Klostergaard

Social Media Marketing

Alison was a founding member of the Aesthetic Collective. Originally from the Midwest, she moved to Texas in 2023. Drawing on her creativity, Alison started her own Social Media Agency, with the aesthetic collective as her first client. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and family and discovering new places.

Policies

Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation policy for details).

Cancellation / No Show Policy

We have a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have a fee of $100 automatically charged to the credit card on file.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on booking deposits, services rendered or gift certificate purchases.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
