PRP & PRF Treatments

Why PRP?

At The Aesthetic Collective, we introduce you to our exclusive treatment, "PRP Hair Restoration," also known as "Liquid Gold." This innovative solution triggers cell growth within your body, harnessing the power of your own blood. Experience the remarkable benefits of PRP for stimulating hair growth, reducing scarring, boosting collagen production, and more.

One of the main uses for PRP is in hair restoration. By injecting concentrated doses of PRP into the scalp, it can help stimulate hair follicles and promote new hair growth. This makes it a great option for those suffering from thinning hair or even baldness. The results are often natural-looking and long-lasting, making it a popular choice among both men and women.

What is a PRP Microneedling Facial?

Microneedling creates micro-injuries to the skin through the use of tiny, sterile needles. This stimulates the natural healing process which encourages collagen and elastin production. PRP, your bodies own plasma is used to enhance results and speed recovery!

How does PRP help hair regeneration?

Did you know that over 80% of men and nearly half of women experience significant hair loss in their lifetime? For many, hair thinning begins long before middle age.

Our process involves drawing your blood, extracting the plasma, and injecting this revitalizing solution into your scalp. Using our microneedling wand, we stimulate hair growth and activate dormant hair follicles, promoting a healthy hair growth cycle. Experience minimal downtime and resume your daily activities immediately following treatment.

What is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)?

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a cutting-edge regenerative therapy that utilizes the natural healing properties found in your own blood to rejuvenate and revitalize your skin. It involves extracting a concentrated form of platelets, growth factors, and other bioactive proteins from your blood, which are then reintroduced into targeted areas to stimulate tissue repair and collagen production.

How does PRP work?

PRP works by harnessing the power of your body's own healing mechanisms. Once the concentrated platelet-rich plasma is injected into specific areas of concern, it initiates a cascade of regenerative processes, including tissue repair, collagen synthesis, and angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels). This revitalizes the skin, improves texture and tone, and promotes overall rejuvenation.

How much does a PRP Treatment cost?

PRP Treatments vary on price. However, to achieve optimal results, you will need a series of 3-4 treatments. See our PRP/PRF page for more info.

When will I see results?

While individual results may vary, many patients start noticing improvements in their skin's texture and appearance within a few weeks of undergoing PRP treatment. However, optimal results typically become more apparent over the following 4-9 months as the regenerative processes continue to enhance collagen production and tissue remodeling.

How long do results last?

The longevity of PRP treatment results can vary depending on factors such as age, lifestyle, and overall skin health. While PRP can provide long-lasting improvements, periodic maintenance sessions may be recommended to sustain optimal results over time. Aesthetic Collective offers personalized guidance on the frequency of follow-up treatments based on your individual response to therapy.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of  treatments needed varies depending on factors such as the specific concerns being addressed and your body's response to therapy. While some patients may achieve their desired results with a single treatment session, others may benefit from a series of treatments spaced several weeks apart to maximize the rejuvenating effects. The Aesthetic Collective will develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Will I need time to recover?

PRP treatment is minimally invasive and typically involves little to no downtime. You may experience some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites immediately following the procedure, but these side effects are temporary and generally resolve within a few days. Most patients can resume their normal activities shortly after treatment, although it's essential to follow any post-procedure instructions to ensure optimal healing and results.
